This facade rehabilitation involved a structure comprised of an older 4-story structure and a newer 12-story structure. Because the facility is a Call Center, the suppression of construction noise was a major challenge

In addition, Seaboard resolved technical challenges with the architects and consultants, devising a creative and effective solution to secure unstable but salvageable brick wall sections.

Throughout the project, Seaboard respected the business needs of the building tenants, planning and scheduling the job so that construction noise and disruptions were kept to an absolute minimum - while keeping the workers and tenants completely safe.
