Seaboard was called in on this major facade restoration, which included replacing 100% of the sealants and repairing and replacing marble panels. The building is located on busy New York streets that are highly-trafficked.

SEABOARD:

• Assembled a team of 35 highly-qualified waterproofing mechanics to complete the work while minimizing disruption to the business and ensuring the safety of the general public
   
• Resolved technical challenges with architects and consultants, especially the fastening and securing of fragile marble panels
   
• Recommended a fastener system that was well suited to the assignment
   
• Performed 100% inspection/sounding of the panel condition, to ensure that the job was "done right" the first time
   
• Matched replacement marble (150 units) to the existing wall panels
