Project Highlights:

Assisting in the restoration of penthouses and façade elements, including windows and ground floor storefronts

In order to revive the original appearance of the facade, twelve layers of paint were removed from the cast iron and pressed metal features

A recreated color scheme was applied to the façade flawlessly mimicking the original 1887 design
